Liang Fu received his bachelor degree from USTC, and Ph.D. at U Penn. He then joined Harvard as a postdoctoral fellow, and is an Assistant Professor at MIT. He is a recipient of 2015 Breakthrough Prizes: New Horizon Prize in Physics for his pioneer work in topological matter.
