摘要:
I will talk about the ground state cooling in quantum mechanics by partial measurements. This general scheme is illustrated by the ground state cooling of mechanical resonator, which can be achieved with several random-time-interval measurements. The cooling efficiency hardly depends on the time intervals between any two consecutive measurements. The cooling scheme is also robust against environmental noise.
