摘要:
Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskitesrepresent one of the most promising classes of semiconductors for applications in solar light harvesting and optoelectronics. In this talk, Iwill present our recent investigation on the optical properties and carrier dynamics of such materials.Firstly, by time resolved single- and two-photon photoluminescence spectra, we demonstrate an unusually low surface recombination velocity (SRV) of 4 cm/s (corresponding to a surface trap state density of 108 cm-2) in perovskite single crystals. Then I will move the discussion to optoelectronic properties of perovskite at low temperature. Their carrier recombination processes across the structural phase transitions occurring at low temperature are discussed. Finally, I will show our last results on the investigationof ultrafastphotoexcitation dynamics in lead free perovskites.

Hong-Hua Fang is postdoctoral fellow at Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials, University of Groningen. He completed his PhD in 2013 at Jilin University, working on the ultrafast optoelectronic properties of organic semiconductor crystals and their applications in photonicdevices. Currently, he works on the optical investigation of hybrid organic-inorganic semiconductors, such as colloidal quantum dots, organolead trihalide perovskites, focusing on understanding theirphotoexcitation dynamics and surface defects.
