Our studies are focused on the computational study of biomacromolecule using molecular dynamics simulation，etc. Our research interests range from biological molecular machine, the protein behavior at the solid-liquid interface, liquid-liquid phase separation, ion transportation, etc. Representative work in the last five years includes the description of the correlated movement of ion pair within cotransporter and its corresponding binding mode as well as the characterization of the common character of such cotransportation process; the identification of the impacts of ions on the correlation arrangements and the resulting superior rigidity of RNA as well as its relevance to the extraordinary power-to-weight ratio of phage DNA packaging motor; the identification of the spatial correlation of various residue types with mussel adhesive protein which serves as the structure basis of superior binding ability of adhessive protein. The above-mentioned findings are published in the top-tier journals, e.g. Science, Science Advances.
