STM+XPS
   The system is imported from Germany (Omicron). System background vacuum is better than 1'10-10torr, by the rapid injection room, growth room, analysis room and STM room composition. In addition to equipped with a scanning tunneling microscope (STM), the system is equipped with low energy electron diffraction LEED, photoelectron spectroscopy UPS and XPS, evaporation source and sample cleaning equipment.
